Meeting near the city centre
If you are in a pedestrian street or beside a museum, choose a road the taxi can reach. A landmark such as Marubi helps with orientation, but check the side where you are waiting.
After acceptance, match the car and plate with the app. Use chat to explain the entrance in front of you rather than walking after the moving vehicle marker.
Rozafa and Shiroka are separate destinations
Rozafa Castle and the lakeside area of Shiroka are different stops. Enter the specific entrance or address; a pin on an attraction is not necessarily where a car can stop.
If you want to visit both, review the stops before requesting. A single journey should not be treated as a sightseeing tour with waiting included.
Before continuing towards the Alps
A city ride in Shkodër and a destination such as Theth need separate planning. Use the actual guesthouse address and ask your host where a vehicle can reach.
This page does not guarantee a vehicle for mountain roads or a cross-border ride. For Lezhë, Tirana or Rinas, check the precise route and wait for acceptance in the app.
Check, request and meet your driver
Enter pickup and destination to check the fare without an account. Sign in when you decide to request. Hipo connects you with licensed partner taxis; a ride depends on a nearby driver accepting. After acceptance, check the vehicle and plate, then use the trip chat to coordinate.
