Lezhë town or Shëngjin?
If you are staying in Shëngjin, do not use central Lezhë as an approximate destination. Search for the hotel with its address and inspect the pin before confirming.
At a beachside complex, vehicle access may be on a different road from the pedestrian entrance. Ask reception where cars collect guests and use that point.
After a visit in town
For a meeting near a historical site or in the centre, select the road where you are waiting. A monument pin can help with orientation without being a suitable stopping place.
After acceptance, explain the entrance in chat. If you are travelling as a group, gather at the same point so the driver does not have to find people at different exits.
Towards Shkodër, Tirana or Rinas
Check your final street address and direction of travel. For the airport, select Rinas Airport (TIA) rather than a general point in Tirana.
Allow time for the car to reach you and for traffic before a flight. The displayed fare helps you decide; assigned-driver details show that your request has been accepted.
Check, request and meet your driver
Enter pickup and destination to check the fare without an account. Sign in when you decide to request. Hipo connects you with licensed partner taxis; a ride depends on a nearby driver accepting. After acceptance, check the vehicle and plate, then use the trip chat to coordinate.
