Just landed at Tirana airport?
Collect your bags and check the full address of your hotel or apartment. The airport confirms Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal. Use it to open Hipo, and arrange internet access for updates after you leave the building.
Enter Rinas Airport (TIA) as your pickup and choose a place where a car is allowed to stop. After a driver accepts, use the trip chat to clarify the meeting point. Check the vehicle and number plate before getting in.
Check the direction and any stops
Conditions for direct urban Tirana → Rinas journeys apply only when the pickup and destination qualify and there are no stops. They do not automatically cover the whole Tirana municipality or the reverse airport-to-city journey.
Enter the actual pickup address and airport destination. For a return trip, pickup outside the zone or journey with stops, check the fare and conditions displayed for that specific itinerary.
Offers for your request
The app displays your final fare and any offer you qualify for before confirmation. Review them for the exact journey you have selected.
Eligibility includes phone verification and ride-history checks where required. Discounts do not stack. An offer you saw previously does not confirm the conditions for a new request.

A displayed fare does not mean that a driver has been assigned. Check acceptance and your trip details in the app.
