Email support@hipo.taxi or call +355 69 277 6661. Include the trip date and trip ID, if you have it, with a short explanation. Never send your password, sign-in verification code or bank card details.
The support channel helps with the platform and your journey; it is not a separate taxi reservation service. Send and track your ride request in the app.
Drivers and partners
Licensed taxi drivers can apply through the driver registration form. For document or account-status questions, contact us from the email associated with your Hipo account when possible.
For a business proposal, tell us your name, organisation, location and what you would like to arrange. Contacting us does not create an agreement or confirm a transport booking.
