Leaving a lakeside hotel
For a hotel or apartment beside the lake, select the entrance from the road. A promenade or beach pin may work for walking but not for meeting a car.
If your booking only says “Pogradec”, ask for the full address. Check it before requesting, particularly if the accommodation is farther along the shore.
Tushemisht and Drilon
Choose them as separate destinations with the entrance of the hotel, restaurant or place you intend to visit. A request ending in Pogradec does not automatically take you to every nearby destination.
Review a multi-stop itinerary beforehand. If the taxi drops you off for a walk, plan the return separately rather than assuming waiting time is included.
Towards Korçë or Elbasan
Select the full address in the next city and inspect the route direction. This guide concerns Hipo journeys within Albania.
Being near the border is not an offer of international transport. For Rinas, select the airport and allow for the longer journey and acceptance of your request.
